Registration for the 13^th EASN International Conference!

Please go through the following table before you register for the 13th EASN International Conference and consult the important dates of the event. If you are unsure about the fees category you fit into, please contact the organizing committee for more details.

Important Notes for Participants:

1. The fee rates are V.A.T. excluded (net amounts). Depending on the provided information in the registration form (Company, Country, VAT registration number) an additional 22% (VAT rate) may be added to the above fee rates.
2. (*) EASN member fees are applicable to all members that have an active membership of the EASN Association at the time of the event. Please consult the EASN website to check your membership status as well as your membership ID.
3. Registration fees cover: EASN individual membership fees for 1 year (applies to standard registration of non-EASN members).
4. Registration fees include the social event (gala dinner) for all registration categories (Day Passes only for the day of the social event, Wednesday, September 6^th 2023).

6. Online registration will be available until August 30^th, 2023. After this date, registration can be performed only on-desk during the days of the event and all payments there will be done only by credit/debit card.

Important Notes for Authors/Presenters:

1. Each participant is limited to giving, at most two (2) presentations.
2. In order that a work to be presented, included in the EASN Conference proceedings, and be eligible for the special issues, at least one author of this work, is needed to have a paid registration for the 13^th EASN International Conference.
3. Αll presenters should complete their registration (payment included) by August 10^th, 2023.

Cancellation Policy:

Delegates canceling before July 31^st, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a 15% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations from August 1^st, 2023.
