EASN Conference Special Issues to Scientific Journals

Further to the 9th EASN International Conference proceedings in the MATEC Web of Conferences special issue, a number of selected papers will be published in international journals following peer review. The submission details regarding the confirmed international journals, in which full papers presented in the 9th EASN International Conference will be published, are the following:

1. Aerospace - Open Access Journal

Aerospace - Open Access Journal

Aerospace is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal devoted to the publication of original papers, review articles, short notes and communications related to all fields of aerospace science, engineering and technology, disclosing theoretical, fundamental and applied results linked to potential applications that are related to research, design, manufacture, operations, control and maintenance of aircraft and spacecraft.

2. Manufacturing Review

Manufacturing Review

The aim of the journal is to stimulate and record an international forum for disseminating knowledge on the advances, developments and applications of manufacturing engineering, technology and applied sciences with a focus on critical reviews of developments in manufacturing and emerging trends in this field. The journal intends to establish a specific focus on reviews of developments of key core topics and on the emerging technologies concerning manufacturing engineering, technology and applied sciences, the aim of which is to provide readers with rapid and easy access to definitive and authoritative knowledge and research-backed opinions on future developments.

Journal of Aerospace Engineering

The Journal of Aerospace Engineering is dedicated to the publication of high quality research in all branches of applied sciences and technology dealing with aircraft and spacecraft, and their support systems. It is a forum for the communication of ideas and methods presently in use at the forefront of technology in the field of aerospace engineering. It contains peer reviewed papers on both theoretical and practical aspects of all types of civil and military aircraft and spacecraft and their support systems. The scope is wide, covering research, design, development, production, operation, servicing and repair, components and auxiliary equipment, safety and reliability.

4. Aircraft Engineering and Aerospace Technology (AEAT)

Aircraft Engineering and Aerospace Technology

The Aircraft Engineering and Aerospace Technology provides a broad coverage of the materials and techniques employed in the aircraft and aerospace industry. Its international perspectives allow readers to keep up to date with current thinking and developments in critical areas such as coping with increasingly overcrowded airways, the development of new materials, recent breakthroughs in navigation technology - and more. Selected papers which will be presented during the upcoming 9th EASN International Conference will consist a special issue under the title "Innovation in aviation & space".

This step is mandatory so as for the authors to have the possibility to continue with the submission of their work. After this step, detailed guidelines will be sent to the authors that expressed their interest, for further actions.

 

Important Note: Prospective authors will be required to warrant that the work is original and submitted for first publication in the respective scientific journal. All submitted manuscripts will be checked to avoid claims of plagiarism. In this context, overlaps with already published works, including the full length papers for the EASN Conference proceedings, should typically not exceed 30%. The accurate percentage of acceptable overlap is set by the respective journals. 

With the support of
