The 15th EASN Conference will be held in the beautiful city of Madrid in Spain, from the 14th to the 17th of October, 2025. We strongly encourage prospective participants to proceed with the necessary accommodation arrangements at their earliest convenience, as Madrid is a popular destination for all year's seasons. The Organizing Committee has secured special discount codes for selected hotels, which can be found below. These hotels are along Princesa Street, which is at a mid-point between the city center and the ETSIAE:

• 15-40 mins by walking
• 10-20 mins by bus (bus stop in front of ETSIAE)
• 10-20 mins by metro (L3 to Moncloa, and around 10 mins walk)
