The 16th EASN International Conference will be held in the beautiful city of Toulouse in France, from the 27th to the 30th of October 2026. We strongly encourage prospective participants to proceed with the necessary accommodation arrangements at their earliest convenience, as Toulouse is a popular destination for all year's seasons.

As ISAE-SUPAERO campus is located only 30 minutes away from the city center of Toulouse, we recommend booking your accommodation in the city center to ensure easier transportation and accessibility via public transport, both to the conference venue and to the rest of the city.
