Registration
Please go through the following table before you register for the 16th EASN International Conference and consult the key dates of the event. If you are unsure about the fees category you fit into, please contact the organizing committee for more details.

Important Notes for Participants:
- The fee rates are V.A.T. excluded (net amounts). Depending on the provided information in the registration form (Company, Country, VAT registration number) an additional VAT rate may be added to the above fee rates.
- (*) EASN member fees are applicable to all members that have an active membership of the EASN Association at the time of the event. Please consult the EASN website to check your membership status as well as your membership ID.
- Registration fees cover: EASN individual membership fees for 1 year (applies to standard registration of non-EASN members).
- The cocktail dinner is optional and it is offered only for the full registration categories, namely “Early-bird Registration” and “Late Registration”, on a "first come first served" principle.
- A dedicated “students social event” will be organized. More details will be announced in due time.
- The registration fees can be paid by Direct Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.
- Online registration will be available until October 23th, 2026. After this date, registration can be performed only on-desk during the days of the event and all payments there will be done only by credit/debit card.
Important Notes for Authors/Presenters:
- Each participant is limited to giving, at most two (2) presentations.
- In order that a work to be presented, included in the EASN Conference Proceedings, and be eligible for the Special Issue, at least one author of this work, is needed to have a paid registration for the 16th EASN International Conference.
- Αll presenters should complete their registration (payment included) by September 27th, 2026.
Cancellation Policy:
Delegates canceling before August 31st, 2026 will receive a refund, minus a 15% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations from September 1st, 2026.
