The above fees apply to all Conference participants (including Invited Speakers).
Amounts are VAT excl. (A VAT Reverse charge invoice will be issued once a valid EU business VAT Number is provided. In all other cases, 21% VAT will be added to the invoice).
(*) EASN member fees are applicable to all members that have an active membership at the EASN Association at the time of the workshop. Please consult EASN website to check your membership status as well as your membership ID.

Delegates cancelling before June 30, 2018 will receive a refund minus a 15% administration fee
No refunds can be made for cancellations from June 30, 2018
